Hastings is not my favorite Christie characters, but mercifully she moved him off to the Argentine early on. I enjoyed this book thoroughly although it took quite some time to read. Finally finished this book after about 6 months. I’ve been reading mystery novels for quite a while and most of the books I read has almost same format. Goodreads helps you keep track of books you want to read. It’s easy to read, is has some romantic touches and even though the twist of events it’s not as impressive as it is in other of her novels, it clearly makes you wonder towards the end.
