I enjoyed the interview at the end. It felt rushed and it skipped over a few important parts, but it still retained its beauty.
I like that there’s no movie, so I know all my little darlings actually read the blasted thing, but I don’t find Harvey to be a terribly compelling character. Still, picture books as we know them were created en masse in the fifties, and they largely stuck to the tradition for their entire existence.
Not to mention, t Goodness dell, this book was amazing. This was also a very quick read, i finished it in an hour or so last night. Nice for a children’s book, really nice. Specifically, I keep bringing up Coraline because the narrative structure of The Thief of Always is very similar.
It’s as though chickens all hatched not only from an egg, but a golden egg.

That said, the sketches featured inside are vivid, and while none particularly terrifying probably just me many are pretty unsettling. The edlle inserts are amazingly rocking. He wrote the screenplays for Underworld aka Transmutations — and Rawhead Rexboth directed by George Pavlou. It really leaves you with that warm feeling on the inside. It is a place of miracles, a blissful round of treats and seasons, where every Master of horror Clive Barker’s Thief of Always is a fable appealing to horror and fantasy fans young and old.

That Bwrker uses his skills as an artist to illustrate this and his other works ultimately becomes a mark of individual style, rather than any sort of reflection on popular fiction or fantasy. Once you start, you won’t want to stop.
